Every year, internal marketing projects are created for the Seasonal Calendar, which aim to strengthen the relationship between the company and its employees through initiatives that encourage involvement and commitment, generating interaction and engagement among employees with their workplace, colleagues, and the company. For the June festival, my team and I created a visual identity with a concept strongly linked to regionalism. Coming from northeastern Brazil, we tried to revive the roots of this traditional festival, incorporating striking elements of it into every detail of the identity.
